Z-tronics Piano Encoder Circuit Board

I found an old Z-tronic 75934 Piano Encoder circuit board while going
through some old 'stuff'.  Does anyone have any documentation for this
board?  I believe it was to interface to a Pianocorder system.  Thanks.
