In reference to Ed Gaida's recent post [140308 MMDigest], F. W.
Meacham and J. Bodewalt Lampe were real composers.  See Wikipedia
for their biographies.  I didn't check any of the others.  Meacham
is well-known to older band musicians for his composition "American
Patrol".  Some of you might be familiar with it from the recording
by Glenn Miller.
