Passing of Irene Hurley, Glen Echo Carousel Lady

Thanks, Matt, for this notice on the passing of Ms. Hurley, and the
wonderful 'Time marches on' quote that is pretty much the whole story
of mechanical music.

Thanks also to Robbie for the obit link that tells the story of an
important moment this carousel had in the civil rights movement!
