I listened to the unidentified 67-keyless book tunes, and one was not
only familiar but, for me, a favorite!  Tune 6 on the list of unknowns
(unkOnestep2.58.mp3) is "All Aboard for Dixie Land", music by George
L. Cobb, words by Jack Yellen, copyright 1914.  Wil Markey has that
same book for his organ as well.
