Unknown American Songs on 67-keyless Book Music

I'm pretty certain the first march is "Spirit of America" by
J. S. Zamecnik.  I'm sure he's the composer, I just can't find
my piano roll to confirm.  Waltz 4 is definitely "A Bundle of
Old Love Letters".
