A friend wants to obtain an 88-note piano roll of "An Alpine Storm,"
composed in 1888 by Charles Kunkel.  His original copy was lost in
moving.  I found a MIDI file transcribed by Kevin Keymer but my friend
has no MIDI capability so he needs the real paper music roll to enjoy
at his Pianola.

This description appears in the book, "Silent Film Sound", by Rick
Altman, (C) 2007 by Columbia University Press, page 49:

  "Understandably, band directors gobbled up this descriptive fare,
  repeatedly using so-called program pieces as the centerpiece of their
  programming. ... In 1889, Patrick Gilmore presented Charles Kunkel's
  'An Alpine Storm':

  "... The wind whistles through the mountain pines, continually
  increasing until at length thunder, lightning, rain, and wind
  combine, the tempest rages in all its fury, and the storm-king
  reigns supreme."
