There has been some discussion in the past about the least expensive
way to send player rolls from the USA to anywhere overseas.  The news
is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) "M" Bag service is alive and well
(if you can find a seasoned postal clerk who knows what you are talking
about).

Today I sent a box of rolls to Australia via "M" Bag.  I had to fill
out a very basic form (which was not complicated or difficult) and an
address tag that they attach to the top of the bag.  I compared prices
obtained from UPS, FedEx and USPS.   The basic, lowest level of
shipping via the US Postal Service was the cheapest price to Australia.
The "M" Bag turned out to be about two-thirds of that cheapest price
-- a great savings.
