I remember that advert, which was for the piano roll of "She's Got the
Biggest Aspidistra in the World", a novelty song about a house plant,
with lyrics sprinkled with many doubles-entendre.  The picture in the
advert was of a lady with, shall we say, an ample posterior.  Somewhere
I have a copy of that roll, as should we all!
