Hi All,  Well, I won't be selling Ampico B block valve springs any time
in the near future [140807 MMDigest].  I got a quote back from a company
that specializes in making such springs and they quoted me a price of
$7.39 per unit for 500 units.

The other company wanted $1.00 per unit, but the minimum purchase is
10,000 units.  I might have hired them if I had gotten commitments from
others to buy around 5000 units, but alas only one person responded to
my offer, and they only wanted 200 units.

I'll keep looking for another machinist, but I fear that these springs
are going to be far more expensive than most people are willing to
spend.
