Seek Ampico B Drawer Covers & Control Knobs

I apologize for wasting your time with my last post [140817 MMDigest]
which was wrong.  The Ampico we are trying to revive is a "B", not
an "A", so I need knobs and a good photo of the cover panels for a
Knabe Ampico B.  Sorry for the error.
