Seek Piet Paardekam, "MIDIBoek" Author

My recent attempts to find the download site for MIDIBoek, Noteur,
and other software from Piet Paardekam in the Netherlands have been
unsuccessful.  Does anyone know what happened to the website, or to
Piet and friends?

I have found MIDIBoek to be very useful.
