"The Riff Song" is "Manhattan Mary"
By Art Reblitz

The tune identified as "The Riff Song" at the link

  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIYS_SPQcVg#t=45

is actually "Manhattan Mary", written in 1927 by DeSylva, Brown,
and Henderson. It was based on QRS 88-note player piano roll #4114,
arranged by J. Lawrence Cook. A different adaptation of the same
piano roll also appears on Clark 4X-177.

This is a good example of one of Cook's great arrangements that might
be overlooked by those who don't like Cook's 1950s "A" rolls on his
own "Collectors Perforated Roll Specialist" label or his 1950s-60s
QRS arrangements.
