Hi -- I am writing to see if I might be forgiven for discarding
(trashing) some 100 Duo-Art piano rolls which I know I will never play.
I have read appropriate vituperation directed towards those who have
removed player mechanisms and would not want to incur it for rolls,
but they take up needed room.

eBay sales look impossible for selections of little interest, and
the effort of packaging (for safe shipment) the ones that do sell is
prohibitive.  Throwing them out is the only choice I can now see,
unless someone out there could suggest a reasonable alternative.

And yes, keeping good cores and boxes for someone who might need them
has occurred to me.
