Serinettes and Organs by Poirot of Mirecourt
By Francoise Dussour

The Poirot Organ Builders was a very important firm during two
centuries. Located in Mirecourt, in France, since the 18th century
they have built the little "serinettes" (bird organs), barrel organs,
barrel fairground organs, up to the last organs with the punched card
system. They closed in 1954. Later many serinettes or organs are
sold in America or another parts of the world.

Today I am trying to identify the rest of the production and I would
be very happy if you can help me and send me a little description and
a picture of your serinettes and organs from Poirot.

I thank you in advance, Best regards from France,

Françoise Dussour
Mirecourt, France
