I have a ship or yacht piano made by the Aucher Freres of Paris. It is
a Model No 2 and the Serial number is 5677. Year of manufacture help
please.I'm guessing around late 1860?

I also have a Hupfeld Animatic Clavitist which plays the Animatic S rolls
with perforations for mandolin, xylophone, drums, cymbal, wood block,
triangle and of course piano. Its Piano Serial No is 17891 and the
Apparatus Serial No (I presume player number)is 55950. It is a self
contained Clavitist not the one with the side cabinet.

Any assistance in identifying year of manufacture for both of these
instruments would be well received.
