In 2006 I wrote an article for Carousel Organ titled "Organ Grinders
With Live Monkeys -- A Dying Art".  Over the years I have been in
contact with most of those who were left, which were nine that I could
document.  Recently I began trying to contact those people and am able
to find only one, Joe Bush.  If anyone knows of an organ grinder with
a live performing monkey please have him or her contact me.  My phone
