Repairing Piano Rolls Using MIDI Files
By Spencer Chase

I wrote a program to run a single-hole perforator similar to the
MIDdster. I never finished the perforator but I did get pretty far
along with the program. For verification of the hole placement file,
it prints to a text file.

It has been years since I looked at the program and I don't remember
what the resolution of the print can be, but I sort of remember that
I did figure out a way to get a 9-to-the-inch registration.

I think I remember hearing of other programs that will print a roll
image on paper. Either mine or some other program could be used to
print on paper that would be hand punched for repairing limited areas
that are missing or difficult to repair by other methods.
