We are trying to get together some past issues of the AMICA Bulletin
for Stanford University.  Out of our own collection we have been able
to get 2010-2013 except for the following:

  2010 Vol. 47 No. 2
  2011 Vol. 48 No. 2
  2013 Vol. 50 No. 4

If anyone has and would be willing to send us those issues, AMICA
will reimburse you for the postage.  Please contact me before sending
anything as I don't want to get multiple copies.
