FS: Wurlitzer Piano-organ Style WO
By Tony Maquet

An elderly friend of mine has a player piano-organette, a Wurlitzer
Style WO, that was used in theaters and funeral parlors in the 1930s.
He has had it in his garage many years. He said that it had come
from a casino in Las Vegas and his intent was to restore it. Well,
he managed to restore only a couple of the components within it before
time got away.

It is about the size of two upright player pianos and has two spools
in the front glass. He says all the pieces are there but it is not all
put together. The majority is still intact. It has a coin mechanism
for 10 cents. I'm trying to find out for him what something like this
is worth as I cannot find anything on it.

His house was sold and it must go as he has moved into a small
apartment. If you need to see pictures please email me and I will
send you what photos I have of it in his garage. Any info would be
great as he would really like to see it restored and played again.

Thanks,
Tony Maquet
