Regina Coin-Op Mechanism Parts Fabricated
By Craig Smith

Hi Folks, A couple weeks ago I sent in a request to contact someone
who had access to a 20-3/4" Regina, upright, single-play, disc music
box that was coin operated [150323 MMDigest]. I needed some pictures
so that I could replace my coin-op parts.

Well, I was most pleased to receive e-mails from about seven readers
of MMD. With their help (or offers of help) I was able to replace the
coin-op mechanism of my Regina music box and I think it is pretty close
to the original design. So I'd like to thank Steve West, Reg Smith,
Don Teach, David Schroeder, Bob Caletti, and Darren J Wallace for their
help or offers to help.

Also, thanks to Nancy Fratti and Ralph Schultz, whom I contacted
directly. And I can't forget Bob School, who not only sent pictures
but also furnished some of the parts I needed. In case you don't know
Bob, he supplies and repairs gears and governors for musical boxes --
and he's very good at it!

Regards,
Craig Smith
