Seek Pedal Lyre for 5'4" Chickering Ampico

I am trying to locate a pedal lyre support that would be compatible
with a 1926 5'4" Chickering Ampico grand.  The pedal lyre was missing
when I purchased the piano, and I'm trying to avoid having to fabricate
a new one.
