Greetings All.  Many thanks to all who responded with suggestions as
to sources of supplies.  Several ideas were not what I had considered
and were most helpful.

This site is amazing -- the knowledge we collectively share has to
fill up a book or two!  Like someone once said, "Four or five heads
are better than one."
