Cremona Valve Pouch Reinforcing Material

The material used for the Cremona pouch lifter disc was fiber board.
Office supply houses sometimes sell folders made from this material.
McMaster Carr also sells it.  Today's material is water proofed so
a light scratching with sandpaper is needed.
