Unknown 10-tune "A" Roll

In response to Scotty Greene's query about an unknown "A" roll, it is
Clark roll 1448.  The name of the roll is "Old Time Steppin'" and it was
issued in 1934.  The unknown song is "The Man on the Flying Trapeze".
