Andy Adams asks for suggestions about international shipping.  Some
years ago, when I was increasing my collections of rolls, I purchased
a lot from the USA.  The cheapest shipping method was to use postal
"M Bag" service.  It took a little longer than UPS but cost much less.

Some years previous to that I had them sent surface mail, which was
much cheaper still but could take up to eight weeks, but someone told
me that that was no longer possible.  I don't know how true that is.
