[ Ref. Dave Stevens in 150715 MMDigest

I downloaded the free MIDI player mentioned in the 150715 MMDigest.
I have not used it yet but did notice a mention that you can select
different MIDI devices for systems up to Windows 7.  This is probably
because Windows 8 made it more difficult to do so -- it requires diving
into the system registry to change an obscure key.  I wrote a program
that does this for you from a little desktop graphical program.  If
anyone wants this little utility that overcomes a Win 8 annoyance,
just ask.
