Hi there, been trying to purchase a copy of John Miller's Piano
Roll Label Maker program.  I was able to download an evaluation copy.
Can I get template files from someone that has a copy?  I'm happy
to pay for them.  I have been trying for over six months to contact
John via his friend to purchase a copy.
