I have a 1930 Knabe Ampico B for sale.  It is a 5'4" brown mahogany
case.  The piano was a work in progress when I received it from the
estate of a deceased piano technician.

The piano has been rebuilt extensively: restrung, new hammers, new
dampers, new keytops, and a partial rebuild of the Ampico system.  When
I received the piano it couldn't be tuned or played, so I invested some
time in regulation and tuning.  I would like to sell it as one unit but
will part out the Ampico B system if there is interest in just
obtaining that part of the piano.

I would like to get $3000 for the whole piano or $1500 for just the
Ampico B unit.  I will donate 10% of the sale to the MMD for their
continued contribution to our community.  I for one greatly appreciate
the time and consistency of their effort to keep this forum alive.
