Seek Source of Piano Lid Hinges

I have a Cable spinet with the hinges on the left end of the lid.
My employee had trouble putting parts in an envelope and labeling
them, so I have need of the pair of hinges.  Could anybody direct me
to a source?  Thanks so much -- we have a wonderful group out there!
