Program to Convert Type 1 MIDI File to Type 0

Does anyone know of a program to convert a Type 1 Standard MIDI File
[SMF] to MIDI Type 0 for playback on PianoDisc?  I had a program to do
this and it was lost when my computer crashed.   I have checked the
Internet and found the program has been discontinued.  Any information
would be appreciated.  Thank you.
