This laser cutter might be interesting to anybody interested in
roll cutting.  The "Pro" model can pass-through continuous media up
to 20" wide, and all of these models can cut and print on paper with
a resolution of 1/1000th of an inch.  The feed and take-up system,
and a fume extractor, are up to the user.  To my eye, it seems to be
technically capable of producing word rolls since it can both cut
and print.
