MINI-14s is a compact mechanical (street) organ, which was recently
upgraded.  The kit and the assembled organ is available now on eBay

The kit consists of more than 250 prefabricated parts and costs less
than $400.  The video of the MINI-14s in action is on YouTube and
embedded into eBay listing.
