Luke Myers' Player Piano

I was at a musical event last weekend in Sacramento, California.   A
fellow I met said that his friend has an Angelus player piano but he
cannot figure how to take it apart.  It seems hard to believe.  Is this
make of 'player more difficult than others ?

I will welcome some answers.
