Hello, In response to Ben Roth's posting in the 151220 MMDigest,
the only choice for roll-editing software is WIND, published by Richard
Brandle. It works with current versions of Windows and was designed
specifically to edit piano rolls, for among it's many outputs one is
a punch file for driving a perforator.

If you are interested in just editing music then, yes, a MIDI program
is how you want to go, but if you actually intend to make a piano roll,
then you should use software for that purpose. Contact me if you are
interested and I will relay the message. I am not sure what the license
fee is at this point in time.

Sincerely,

Tim Baxter - Meliora Music Rolls
