Michael Lund asked about the availability of Wurlitzer APP roll boxes.
The size he referenced is for the 5-tune changer rolls.  These boxes
are unique in that a properly constructed box has a block at each end
with a groove to hold the extra length of this roll-box combination for
the required steel rod attached to the leader.

Play-Rite Music and I just completed the first of probably two 20-roll
recut projects where exact replicas of Wurlitzer's original boxes were
constructed to hold the rolls.  These rolls also featured exact replica
steel-end feeder rods attached to a red-cloth leader.

The first project quickly sold out, and we are about to start the second
20-roll project with different rolls.  Once that project is completed,
we will likely have extra supplies of the above referenced boxes and
leaders.
