Seek Drums and Beaters for Mortier Orchestrion

I am looking for a 12" snare drum and a 24" bass drum for a Mortier
84-key orchestrion. The rings are wooden and the shells are metal.
I also need the drum beaters for both.  If we could find original
drums for Mortier that would be great.
