Seek Whistler Repair in Florida

I have a hand-carved whistling figure which needs adjustment and
probably needs the bellows recovered.  I'm in Vero Beach, Florida,
on the Treasure Coast.  Can anyone recommend an experienced craftsman
near here for such?
