Well said, Tim Baxter [170403 MMDigest].  I'm glad someone has gone
to the trouble of highlighting the amazing abilities of Warren and
the marvellous contributions he made to the roll-scanning community.
Without Warren's software developments, I'm sure we wouldn't be
where we are today -- with 1,000s of rolls scanned by many people
and preserved forever.

I've never met Warren but I have had several phone conversations
with him in years gone by and have exchanged numerous emails with
him.  I love his performance of "Maple Leaf Rag" -- one of my
favorites, and played the way I think it should be played.

We will all miss Warren.
