I am in charge of maintenance of all the pianos and organs at the
retirement community where we live.  Recently I scrapped a piano
that is not very old because the harp failed and was un-tunable.

The keys are in perfect condition, clean, no chips, etc.  They are
still on the plywood tray from the piano, and boxed for shipment.

The action from this piano is all in one unit and in quite good
condition.  A few of the hammers could use a little re-facing.
