A young woman who calls herself simply "Nicole" is the host of a
website, "On Display Podcast," which is dedicated to presenting various
aspects of the entertainment industry.  Her podcasts can be seen and

Today Nicole unveiled the latest in her podcast series on the design
and creation of public attractions and exhibits, titled "The American
Carousel: A Brief History."  That podcast will be followed by others on
some of the specialists working in the carousel industry.  You can get

Even though Nicole is herself not an expert on carousels and their
history, she does a very nice job of giving a thorough picture of the
business in this fifteen-minute podcast, with snatches of real band
