Reproducing a Large Poster Image

Mike,  Depending on what stores are in your area, I have had good luck
here with Kinkos, Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, Fedex, etc., all
of which have large format scanners, black & white or full color.

Be prepared -- some may be wary of letting you plug your own thumb
drive into their computers.  You may have to accept the image file
on a CD that they prepare, which is not very expensive and is just as
convenient for you.
