I received a request today about contacting a book author, perhaps
an MMDer can help the writer.

  "I am seeking assistance in locating Geoffrey T. Mayson, the author
  of the book "Mechanical Singing-bird Tabatieres". It was originally
  published by Roger Hale LTD.  They have since gone out of business
  and sold their imprints to the Crowood Press.  Unfortunately, they
  have no contact information for Mr. Mayson.  Any assistance that you
  may be able to provide would be gratefully accepted.
