Ernie Mannix asks to find a U.S. copy of the English version of
Herbert Jüttemann's "Waldkircher Dreh- und Jahrmarkt-Orgeln."
I have both the original German book and Andrew Pilmer's English
translation.

I am not particularly eager to sell the Pilmer translation, but
I'd be willing to lend Ernie my copy, if he can't find one elsewhere.
Of course, he can always borrow a copy from his local library via
its inter-library loan service.
