Transcribing Piano Rolls to Sheet Music
By Tim L'Amoureux

This isn't exactly straight from piano roll to sheet music since it
takes three steps:

One: Have the piano roll(s) scanned and converted to MIDI.

Two: Use a product like Midinotate (fairly cheap) to convert the MIDI
file into a sheet music file.

Three: Print the sheet music file.

The only problem with this is that most piano rolls can't be played by
one person which might confound your pianist. But that's a start.

Now the next step is to build a roll scanner that also scans the words
and converts everything into a .KAR file. Ahhhhh; wishful thinking!

Hope this helps and good luck!
