Absent official response from anyone in the affected areas of
Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, there is a smart phone app called
"My Elevation" (probably only one of several), that will give
you the approximate elevation of a location from only the street
address as input.

I couldn't find Ed Gaida's address in San Antonio, but of course,
the app will only give you a sense of the likelihood of flooding,
not wind damage.
