I recently watched the 1950 movie, Three Little Words.  The story of
song writers Kalmar and Ruby, played by Fred Astaire and Red Skelton.

One scene in the beginning is at Tin Pan Alley where Fred tosses coins
down to the street to a street organ who was playing one of his tunes.

Later Fred meets Red in a restaurant, where Red is listening to their
new collaboration of hit on a player piano.

A nice movie with lots of music.
