With help from Robert Perry's titanic memory for melodies, I can
confidently assert the identity of my unknown roll is "All Aboard
for Home Sweet Home", a 1918 celebration of the end to The War to
End All Wars <cough>!

Robert was able to provide corroborating details, to the extent
that I'm fairly confident the roll is in fact Pianostyle #46742.
Like nearly all things in 1918, including the Spanish Flu, it was
forgotten during a worldwide episode of amnesia, a topic we will
leave for another day.
