Just an update on my hybrid player piano project.  I finally got the
finger mechanism all finished and ready to test out.  There is now
nothing left to do but put a decorative shell around the "skeleton"
of the keyboard and stack, and then hook up vacuum and power and
loudspeakers.

I don't think there has been anyone to use this concept besides QRS
with their "Elepian" player piano (combining pneumatic power with
electric power).  I will be really glad when it's all ready to roll!
