I am Mike Smith, a long-term pre-cinema collector and researcher with
an interest in all optical instruments that demonstrate the principles
of 'persistence of vision'.

I am trying to locate examples of this machine [praxinoscope plus
musical box] for a research project I am undertaking.  I wonder if
any of your readers have come across such a machine and would be
willing to share information with me.
