Well, it is finally done!  I tested my hybrid keyboard plus
player stack "player piano" today, and it worked, after trying
a few different, but non-working methods of actuating the keys.

There are still some ciphering notes caused by the head not being
completely flat against the stack.  When I tested the stack without
the head, all the notes play.  With the head in place, there are
about 10 notes which keep playing.  I'll get those working and
then post a video link.

feedback and help on this project.  I don't know how I would have
done it without him!
